Conditions of Enrolment

- A one-time enrollment fee of $40 will be added to your initial invoice. This fee will include a Bella Star T Shirt. 

- Each term, a $10 fee will be applied to cover expenses related to events.

- No classes will be held on public holidays or during school holidays. Students will have the opportunity to attend make-up classes that will be scheduled by the studio. This could be via a specially organised session or an alternative class. If a student is not present at class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances/emergencies a make-up class may be granted however they will be assessed on a case by case basis.

-Term fees are due by the specified date on the invoice. Late fees will be applied to overdue invoices. 

- Please ensure that all provided contact details are accurate, as this information serves as our primary communication channel for important updates and invoices. Kindly inform us promptly of any changes

- Once invoices are issued and paid, Bella Star Studios cannot provide refunds or reductions for absences or decisions to discontinue attendance.

- Enrolment automatically rolls over into the next term unless we receive a cancellation from you. Our re-enrolment period occurs annually at the start of each new year. Please notify us promptly via email at bellastarstudios@gmail.com if the student does not wish to attend. Invoices issued are still payable unless we get a cancellation from you. 

- Costumes hired and organised by Bella Star must be returned promptly and in the same condition. Any damages or missing costumes will incur additional charges to cover the costs. 

- Whilst our staff do their best to oversee all students, Bella Star Studios is not liable for accidents, injuries or illnesses occurring during class times, and thus not responsible for associated costs.

- Uniform and Attire Policy: Students must wear Bella Star Studio uniform during classes. Other clothing being black or red to match with their uniform.

-Students must wear appropriate dance shoes for their class. Students' hair is to be tied up neatly. 

- I authorise the Bella Star Team to use photos and/or videos taken during classes or performances for their social media pages. Please notify us if you prefer that your child's photo/video not be posted.

- Class Etiquette - Please arrive on time for your class to avoid disruptions and ensure you pick up your child on time. We kindly ask parents/families to wait in the seating area unless invited in by the teacher to watch. To avoid disruptions please do not enter the classroom. 

- Please follow the Code of Conduct guidelines set and displayed by Mickleham South Community Centre. 

- Any adults or children attempting to access other locked rooms in the centre will set off the alarm and will be liable for all  costs that might be incurred. 

- Parent Supervision - All students must be under the supervision of their parents at all times in the centre before & after class. During classes students will be under the supervision of teachers strictly while in the dance room their class is being held. If a student needs to leave the room for any reason such as but not limited to toilet breaks, outfit changes or filling their water bottle their parent will need to supervise them until they are back in class. Safety for our students is a top priority. If any parents leave their children unattended other than while they are in class, Bella Star Studios will not be liable for any accidental issues that may arise as teachers cannot leave the classrooms. Any parents who leave the facility whilst their child is in class also understand the above. If you need to leave the facility for any reason you must be back before your child’s class has ended. Parents with children under the age of 5 must not leave the centre at any time.

- Any damage that may arise by a student to the Mickleham South Community centre during our hire time or equipment owned by Bella Star Studios, the parent will be held responsible and charges may occur for broken items or damage to the property.
