CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT

- A one-time enrolment fee of $10 will be added to your initial invoice to facilitate the administrative process (one fee per family).

- Each term, a $10 fee will be applied to cover expenses related to events.

-No classes held on public holidays or during school holidays. Students may make up for missed classes by attending an alternative class from our schedule or through specially organised makeup sessions. Makeup classes are available in the event of illness or unforeseen emergencies.

-Term fees are due by the specified date on the invoice. Late fees will be applied to overdue invoices. 

- Please ensure that all provided contact details are accurate, as this information serves as our primary communication channel for important updates and invoices.

Kindly inform us promptly of any changes.

- Once invoices are issued and paid per term, Bella Star Studios cannot provide refunds or reductions for absences or decisions to discontinue attendance.

- Enrolment automatically rolls over into subsequent terms unless we receive a cancellation from you. Our re-enrolment period occurs annually at the start of each new year. Please notify us promptly via email at bellastarstudios@gmail.com if your child does not wish to attend.

- Costumes hired and organised by Bella Star must be returned promptly and in the same condition. Any damages will incur additional charges to cover the costs.

- Whilst staff take care of their students, Bella Star is not liable for any injuries, illnesses or accidents that occur during class times and therefore not responsible for any costs that arise. 

- Whilst our staff do their best to oversee all students, Bella Star Studios is not liable for accidents, injuries or illnesses occurring during class times, and thus not responsible for associated costs.

- All students are required to wear the Bella Star Studios uniform in the designated colours (black/red) and ensure they have the appropriate footwear during their classes.

- I authorise the Bella Star Team to use photos and/or videos taken during classes or performances for their social media pages. Please notify us if you prefer that your child's photo/video not be posted.
